Members of the Commission meet regularly to set the strategic direction of the Commission and oversee delivery of its Strategic and Operational Plans. Commissioners are also accountable for ensuring effective and efficient use of Commission resources in delivering the Strategic Plan.
Operational and financial decisions are delegated to the executive team through a Scheme of Delegation.
The Commission is supported internally in its function by a Finance, Risk and Audit Committee (FRAC), and externally by an Audit Advisory Board (AAB). The Commission is audited externally each year. See the FRAC Terms of Reference.
