The Commission welcomes the publication of the final report from the Scottish Mental Health Law Review.
We are pleased to see the emphasis placed on taking a human rights based approach in the report, which means listening to and highlighting the voices of people with lived experience of mental health services.
The report recommendations set out to advance a wide range of human rights, in particular, the right to the highest attainable standard of health, the right to have one’s legal
