Poverty is a humanrights issue. It represents... humanrights law. The Scottish Government, Scottish Parliament and Scottish public authorities have duties to respect, protect and fulfil this right.
Other rights, like the right to education, health... and cultural rights as a way of tackling poverty in Scotland and wants to see these rights incorporated into Scotland's domestic laws.
