The Commission has made a submission on the Limitation (Childhood Abuse) (Scotland) Bill to the Justice Committee of the Scottish Parliament. The Commission supports the bill which take away one of the current barriers to survivors of historic childhood abuse seeking civil justice.

Under the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 the Commission has a duty to publish annual public statements relating to our expenditure in: Public relations; Overseas travel; Hospitality and entertainment; and External consultancy.
