A HumanRights Based Approach to Health
The Commission works with others to help put humanrights at the heart of health and social care services in Scotland.
From 2013 to 2018, we played an active role in the Health and Social Care Action Group, convened through Scotland’s National Action Plan for HumanRights.
As part of this, we worked with NHS Health Scotland and the Health and Social Care Alliance to produce a series of case studies illustrating humanrights in practice in health
The Commission's submission to the Scottish Parliament's Equalities and HumanRights Committee's (EHRiC) consultation on the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child Bill.
