The Paris Principles
Our work complies with a set of guidelines called the Paris Principles.
These were adopted by the UN General Assembly and set out specific requirements that an “A Status” NationalHumanRightsInstitution must fulfil.
In 2023, we published a briefing that was sent to MSPs to mark the 30th anniversary of the Paris Principle.
