A briefing sent to Members of the Scottish Parliament ahead of a debate to mark Human Rights Day on 10 December and the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The briefing sets out the Commission's work, as Scotland's National Human Rights Institution, to promote and protect human rights in Scotland in accordance with the Paris Principles.
