The Commission has submitted its views to the Scottish Parliament's Finance and Constitution Committee's Inquiry on the Impact of COVID-19 on public finances and the Fiscal Framework. The submission highlights the importance of humanrights based budgeting to guide economic recovery and financial decision-making.
