The Annual Report contains details on the Commission's performance and work in 2011//2012. Including information on putting a HumanRights Based Approach into practice, emerging issues and engagement and the Commission's international role.

The Commission invites interested parties to submit applications for a small scale research project to support the humanrights component of NHS Health Scotland’s Health Inequalities Impact Assessment work.
The purpose of the work is to produce an output of around six case studies, or practice examples, which asses the humanrights impacts of selected policies, legislation or strategies and develop supporting guidance where necessary.
