Scotland's National Action Plan for Human Rights (SNAP) is the first action plan for human rights to be developed in any part of the UK. The year two report gives details on what has been achieved in SNAP's second year.​

The Commission has submitted evidence to the Human Rights Inquiry by the European and External Relations Committee of the Scottish Parliament. The Commission provided its views on the proposed repeal of the Human Rights Act 1998 and its replacement with a British Bill of Rights.
