The Scottish Human Rights Commission's third Strategic Plan builds on its first eight years as Scotland’s National Human Rights Institution.
On 10 December 2008 the Commission launched a nationwide consultation on the development of its first Strategic Plan. Through an online questionnaire and a series of 18 consultation meetings across the 8 parliamentary regions, we gathered views from the public, private and voluntary sector as well as the general public on a draft document which set out our proposed vision and goals.
