Invitation to Tender - Research

Since June 2009 the Commission has been working to develop a human rights framework for the design and implementation of an Acknowledgement and Accountability Forum for survivors of historic child abuse in Scotland. The Commission will present its independent recommendations and human rights framework to the Scottish Government. Thereafter the Commission will become an independent monitor of the progress of the forum as well as other means of survivors securing justice for historic abuse.

The Commission invites interested parties to tender for a research project to inform its recommendations on the design and delivery of the Forum. Please note that the closing date is 12 noon on 24 September 2009.
