Submission on Public Sector Equality Duty Specific Duties

In September 2009 Scottish Ministers launched a consultation on the scope of the new public sector equality duty specific duties. The outcome of the consultation will inform the content of the specific duties that will be placed on Scottish public authorities within the general Equality Duty in the UK Government's Equality Bill.
