There are some useful online sources of information about the UN Disability Convention and how it is being implemented and monitored in the UK, and around the world.

In Scotland & the UK

The Equality Unit of the Scottish Government the UK Office for Disability Issues are coordinating the UK state report to the UN Committee.

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) have produced a Guide to the Convention for disabled people and disabled people's organisations - you can access this on the dedicated page for the Convention at the EHRC website.

United Nations resources

You can read the Convention, keep up to date with the latest countries to ratify, and get Convention updates from the dedicated website for the Convention and the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights.
