The Scottish Human Rights Journal, published by W.Green, gives current and detailed analysis of human rights issues in Scotland and beyond. The Journal focuses on all areas of legal practice, combining practical articles with case law reports and commentary. The Commission, in association with W.Green, is pleased to offer free access to content from the Journal from 2006. Articles appear with a six month time lag, and the Journal is published four times a year. The Current Awareness and Human Rights Stop Press sections give detailed analysis of human rights issues including case law digests and commentary - case headings are noted where appropriate. The views expressed in each Journal article are those of the author, and the Commission cannot accept responsibility for their content.
