Environmental Justice, Human Rights and Environmental Law Conference

The conference will examine the existing and potential scope for environmental law to be influenced by the rights agenda. The conference will also examine the environmental justice agenda, the scope of rights provided by the European Convention of Human Rights, the recent planning reforms in Scotland and the potential for human rights challenges, the Aarhus Convention and rights to information.
